Andy Lander Stow

I feel I should let you know that Andy very sadly passed away this morning, condolences to his wife Brenda and their family from all those of us that knew him.

People that knew Andy will know that he was one of a kind, a founder of the TVTR and the creator of this forum that has enables so many of us to ride together.

He was heavily supportive of the TRF, working with and independently clearing, mapping and fighting to keeping open public byways all over the West Country.

I often look at pictures and fondly remember being shaken to bits by the 525, having loads of fun in the lanes mostly in Devon but Cornwall and South Wales as well. Have many scars and repaired bones that now suffer when cold and wet, but hey every minute was a laugh though sometimes through gritted teeth.

RIP Andy

Best regards

Tibby

Very sad indeed - he was indeed a great man & founder of the TVTR.

RIP Andy and my thoughts go out to his family.

So sad to hear of Andy's death. I like so many others have fond memories of being expertly led around the lanes of Devon and Cornwall by this good man.

RIP Andy.

My thoughts are with his family.
