Big thanks to Dave for leading us around a few of Cornwall's finest lanes.
After Salisbury was cancelled both Geoff and I not wanting to throw away our passes for the day, a quick ring to Dave and off to Cornwall we went.
I rode down to Geoff's and then we crossed into foreign territory and meet the others at Saltash.
Ten of us in total set off, seven KTM's, two CRF'S and one WR.
Dave KTM, Charlie KTM, Jon KTM, Shaun KTM, another Shaun CRF, Keith KTM, Nic WR, Damian EX KLR650 now KTM, Geoff KTM, Me CRF.
Hopefully someone will post up some photos or a vid or two on here but I think most of them are on the TVTR forum.
A great day out with not too many badgers (not that I witnessed) and a bunch of lanes I haven't done for a while and a new lunch stop for me
Bit of a downer I had to put up with Charlie picking on me all day again
Even got back in time to go to Bell tor on Dartmoor with the family and find ten letterboxes and do a five mile walk before having a pint of Cider and a great meal at the Cleeve pub in Lustleigh was dark when we got home though
Think that was enough fresh air and exercise for me for one day
Big, big thanks to Dave T for the Cornwall rideout. Even though I had numerous badgers (Thanks Russell for not mentioning the river nose dive over the handle bars) and came home with a few bruises I enjoyed a great day with a great bunch of guys. Looking forward to the next one and I will have an MT rear tyre fitted.
