Hi all. I am in the process of buying a property and have been notified that the dining room chimney breast was removed without the appropriate buildings regs consent etc, and the structual engineers report has stated that an RSJ is required to provide the adequate support. I have a copy of the plans of the work that needs carrying out. The RSJ needs to go below the chimney breast in the above bedroom.

I need quotes ASAP as this is delaying the purchase process... Please!

I am helping the vendors, as they aint really got a clue, and would take far too long.
