Had to struggle past possible a 1000 tonnes of stone heaped in the lane needs spreading we all agreed looks like it has recently tipped so will pop out next week and have another look or I will write to the Highways? the earlier bit of the lane has been lopped all the cuttings are stacked in the lane but causes no problem>

It may be worth having a word with the farmer as previously trail riders have had a good relationship with the land owners in this area. Adam Hedley Cornwall group may still have the contact details.
The softly softly approach may be better for us in the long run.
