Grendon Farm

As this is still rumbling on I thought I'd bring you all up to speed here...
As of today, 20-01-10, the lane is blocked by a lorry at the Southern end and a chain and padlock at the Western end. Pictures are on our website under the Grendon farm hotlink on the navbar.
PC Kevin Reed has been informed that the lane is blocked...AGAIN, and Andrew Watson of the Dartmoor National Park has been updated this afternoon. His Ranger, Paul Glanville, went to inspect the lane yesterday and reported it blocked so the footpath and Bridlepath, that join this UCR, have no exit! They are going to clarify with Highways before they take action.
PC Kevin Reed did say that Highways are prosecuting someone over a blocked footpath so there is hope that we will get a satisfactory (for us) resolutioj to this blocked lane.
