Hi Gang,

I'm back to being a landlubber for a while!

As most of you know, I am doing the Enduro Africa charity event in a few weeks and I am in need of some practise.

If there is anyone among you that could accompany me on rides during the week and at weekends please make contact.
I would welcome some help by established run leaders as I have yet to do my own run planning etc and my dear old memory doesn't allow recall beyond Mud and Water.

Please help to send me on my way!

Hi Terry, welcome back to dry land.

When are you off to Africa? I can probably do a midweek south hams run soonish, not this coming week, maybe middle of the next one perhaps. Weekends are a bit busy till middle of october, which is probably too late for you.

terry if you fancy an eastdevon ride i will try and sort one for you.

it would be good as a local lass is also doing enduro africa and you could meet up beforehand.

That's good Tel, I was going to suggest contacting Roger 'cos there's a good amount of activity up his way.

Pol is the young lady going on the same Africa trip, same dates as you or not I don't know. She's a 'Bandit'biggrin, came on one of Fixer's runs last year as a novice and I couldn't keep up with her!furiousfurious.

On the same ride was a friend of hers...Helen. Is she the same girl who's had a nasty road accident recently, does anyone know?

I'll be out for a brief (but interesting !!) nippy-ish run on sunday, starting at mine (plympton) at 9am, home by 1:30pm. Got a lora lanes to do in not a lora time smile (within the constraints of codes of conducts of course tho)
