I think this will be the next time I can get out and would love to join in, I expect the normal conditions will apply and I will have to bail at lunch.
It will have to be the 14th I just remembered my step sons wedding is on the Saturday! I will see what Billy wants to do when he gets back. So one more for Friday if its ok with Tibby.
There's always room for you Neil. It's so long since I've seen you I may not recognise you though. Hope all is well with you both and I hope you are able to make the next meeting, can't remember the date off hand but it's before the ride. Bob.
Cheers Bob, Yes both well thanks. Been sailing, barging and all manner of things in between but no Trail Riding unfortunately so bike fitness will have suffered. It will be good to get back on the bike again.
Thanks Rob, I'm glad you enjoyed it. You might have been in trouble at home if you'd stayed. Timpo, Withybrook and I split up at Buckland Monochorum around 8pm. Not having ridden since May the old body is feeling some ill effects, no bike fitness left over, but it'll pass. Luckily I didn't bin it until the last lane: then I badgered twice and broke my clutch lever. Must have been getting tired!.
Ha ha, no we didn't go round again Neil. I don't know where the time went 'cos we kept moving apart from a coffee stop at Sourton, perhaps half an hour, and a 10 min chat with some nice dog walkers at the top of 201- 038 before seeing Withybrook into Buckland Mon.
Thanks for your work on Bonny's bike. She's sent me a text asking me to tell you she's greased her terminals!.
