Thanks Chris, I made it coming in at 3322 out of 5000 in 2hrs 30mins running time. (It took us 5 minutes to cross the start time so our finish time of 2hrs34 mins 45 secs i've adjusted). Had to be the hottest day of the year and due to that they ran out of water at the half way point which didn't help. That's my excuse of not being up there with the leader who finished in 1hr 5 mins! I understand now why we invented the wheel. 13.1 miles is a f**k of a long way to run. See you all soon I hope David
Well done that was excellent time given the extremely hot conditions and your first event. I was upon the Hoe that evening and even then it was still boiling hot!
