There are 8 new Centurions after todays ride out.... Please congratulate...
Bonny Collingborn - Miss Scarlett - The First and only lady Centurion Mike Quinn - Merlin Neil Lander - Neil 450EXC Rob Rowlings - Froggerbiker Kev Knight - Knightrider Gary McAulay - Grasshopper David Lobb - Rain Monkey Mike Baugh - ?
The lane count is waiting to be verified but I make it 115 in 9hrs 51 mins. Well over target and well under the 12 hours allowed.
A valiant effort by Len Benstead (his very first ride with us) who survived all the way to the end of 202-185 before calling it a day.
Les Newell was also on target but ran out of time having to take the Memsahib out tonight!
Well done all involved.

The Track Log has been validated at 116 lanes. Well done everybody
Les managed 75 before having to go home and LenB managed 79 which for his first attempt at greenlaning was very credible. I believe LenB was the oldest rider there today!

The ride report is uploaded. Please note that it does not give a list of lanes as per our usual ride reports. This is because the 100 Lane Award is only given in recognition of Good Planning, Good Plan Execution and Good Team Work. It is up to anyone wishing to attempt to win the 100 lane award to plan and ride their own route.
To all the new Centurions...there is a fee to pay...
£5 between 8 new Centurions plus £2 for the stickers = £2.60 each. Payable at the next TVTR meeting.
If any of you want to have your stickers and your certificate awarded to you at the next DGTRF meeting would you please let me know.

thanks andy for a great ride out ,i think a new chain is on my shopping list (thanks to neil for the split link and help that kept me going) and well done to all
Thanks for a really exciting and exhausting day! Very glad to have achieved the 100 with such great company but I might sit out the next one. Thanks Andy for leading and everyone else for following. The sun can shine even when the rain monkey is out. David
I sent the photo and names to the TRF Devon Web Site Administrator today and I received a reply stating that he would update the 100 lane page shortly so the Devon TRF will know that there are 8 new centurions.
Out of 18 Centurions in total 14 of them are TVTR Members...does that make us the... best/busiest/most experienced/most active? (delete as applicable)
