Run Leading

It was suggested to me today - by Phil - that we should be holding training for 'Run Leaders'. I'm quite in agreement with this idea as we proposed it at the innaugural meeting last August. So....

Would all those parties interested in being run leaders - either now or in the near future - please get their name down here...

I also want to know from you, either via e-mail (info'at'tvtr.co.uk) or PM what aspects of run leadering (made up word) you want me to assist you with.

The requirement for more run leaders is that our groups are getting too large and I can only run on a Saturday or a weekday. More Run Leaderer's = More Runs = More Fun = More TRF/TVTR Members.

Cheers
Fixer

If were going to have training for run leaders who's doing the training?

I once trained a pair of ferrets to steal doughnuts from from my local bakery, which took some doing biggrin so coaching run leaders shouldn't be to hard.

emergency procedures wrt breakdowns mechanical and human
recommended equipment worth carrying
