Thanks Bob for thinking of me, I can't do this one because i'm leading a run for the Cornwall group on the same day. Have fun and i'll see you all soon.
I thought the Cornwall group had gone dormant Mr Fox?
Cornwall groups still alive and ticking over gently Fred. Plenty of work going on in the background with rides being organised between mates. What the group need, is to get rides posted on the forum so people can see we are active.
Sorry Andy, you know I always enjoy your rides but with there appearing to be signs of life in the Cornwall group, I thought I'd support Jeff's effort. Anyway my bikes done over 3000 miles in just over 12 months I've had it, the vast majority following you (thanks) and I don't think the Chain and Sprockets will survive another of your 100+ mile runs.
They'll be changed for the following week, so bring it on Buddy
Well sorry I didnt make it. Decided after seeing the frost this morning to get my shims sorted (found the clearances all low last week). Now all done and bike is running like a dream (popped out for a few lanes just to test it out)
Shame you missed it Mark, it was a cracking day's run, but I do appreciate the need to keep ones bike on top line . Thanks Andy, a thoroughly enjoyable day. Bob
Great ride today, iced mud was interesting with only a few badger watching sessions . Alpinestar "Chill" gloves make a big difference, not to my riding but the amazing warmth, even the brisk ride from Totnes to Ivybrige my hands & thumbs were toastie warm
Excellent, a most enjoyable day and some brilliant lanes, thanks Andy and all on the ride. I have promised myself infuture to stop poking my nose out where it does not belong or any of my extremities for that matter.
