Fixer's bike

You'll all be pleased to know - and you'd better sound it otherwise you're leading yourself around tomorrow - that my bike has passed it's MOT. I've got new swinging arm bearings, new tyres (I love the Mitas ones) and a new wheel bearing and seal (only one as the seal had failed) and a spangly new MOT issued by DMS Motorbikes in Wrangaton. They let me watch the whole MOT as well as agrered to put a poster up in their 'shop'.

I've just been up to Wheeldon and back taking in 202-172, 202-180, 202-173, 174 and 302 and the bike feels great. So much better than riding on that awful AC10 front tyre. I think I had the best of that one on the Cambrian.

Have any of you spotted there's a run out on Tuesday next?????

Good job it's fixed otherwise we'd have to call you 'not quite fixed it in time Fixer'. Let me know how your new front performs. Bob

What's an MOT?

An MOT is a small, invaluable piece of official paper that means your bike or car is up to the required standard of roadworthiness. You do not have to have one in Canada as none of your vehicles would be eligible. laughing.gif
