At the meeting last night - 17th Dec - I asked for a list of all those people who would like some Memory Map Training. From the meeting there are 12 people which is too much to do in one go. Please note that this training is only open to TVTR Members.
Can someone offer hospitality in the Callington/Tavistock Area for a training night there? Then we could do 2 groups with the other being held at my house?
Suggested split...
Martin Phil Sonny Rob (Froggerbiker) Kev Jones Fred
at my house and ...
Bonny Bob (Cap'n Slow) Barney Kev (Knightrider) Mike W Neil
at a venue to be decided.
If there are any other TVTR Members who didn't make the meeting last night that would like some Memory Map Training then please respond to this posting.

A couple of 13amp plugs and enough seats for 6 + a table to rest laptops on if people bring them? That's about it. Tea/coffee would be nice but biscuits are down to the participants to bring.

I have to admit that cake does help you concentrate....it helps you concentrate on how to get more cake and how to eat it. It doesn't help learning about Memory Map. I would be keen to hear how eating copious amounts of cake is an aid to learning....Over to you.

Just an idea but could we hold our sub group MM training in Knightrider's other house, The Rock? If it's a goer then Kev could perhaps arrange/ get permission for us to use their power sockets.Bob
That's good Kev, but don't commit us until the others have ok'd the idea. Can't see Bonny minding as she's so close so let's see what Neil, Mike and Barney think.
Would like to be involved with this training but obviously wasnt at the meeting ( was in spirit though ). Spending most of this USA road trip avoiding the snow and ice.
Suddenly, after hearing that BillyBoy is snow and ice bound, green laning in the positively balmy, sub-tropical, weather we're having doesn't seem too bad.
(Don't let on the weather's cr*p here chaps)

That's not a problem Billy Boy as it looks like these Memory Map sessions will be repeated at regular intervals anyway. When are you back? (long pause waiting for Billy to find an Internet cafe...........sounds of tumbleweed rolling past)

The rock seems to be solid enough, I don't rekon my dwelling would be big enough for more than about 4, myself and young offspring etc (tiny end of terrace cottage), folks. Barney.
No need to find internet cafe, this being the land of big and plenty of it, all hotel/motel rooms have free Wifi connections. Elmer J would not accept anything less, God Bless America
So it is good for checking up on UK weather, now we have landed in LA the weather hahs improved loads, a positively sweltering 68 today on Hollywood Boulevard. Temp went way higher than that when we kept getting hassle from tour bus touts and Hollywood lookalikeys trying to stiff you for dollars if you took their photo. Thought they wife was going to spark out Spiderman, would have been interesting.
Off to Vegas tomorrow, hopefully freak snow will have melted
