Cost is 15 quid, plus you'll need a day license ffrom the ACU, which will probably cost a fiver. Although we got away without buying ione on the Moor to Sea somehow. Not done this one before, so dont know alot about it, apart from it fills up quick , so if you want to have a bash you need to be quick.
Hi Tim, Never done this trial but I remember that a couple of years ago one of our TRF colleagues posted on the Yahoo Forum that he and a friend had entered and were annoyed/ upset/ aggravated that they were carved up by a bunch of fellow competitors, on the road.Not the sort of riding which shows trail riders in a good light , they thought. It does fill up quickly and the entry sec is a Mrs Life, mother of the VERY useful local enduro rider Nick.
I've never done this one either, but generally I've found everyone on these things to be pretty polite and pleasant. Its not a race, after all, so there is no need to hurry on ther road sections. Having said that, there are dickheads all around us, so it stands to reason that some of them might end up doing this sort of stuff.
