Just spoke to JD's and they do the KTM fan kit with all parts (fan, motor, thermocouple etc) for £73.37 inc VAT but 10% off to us on production of your TRF card/letter. £66.03p!

Thanks for the tip, currently high bidder on fan unit on ebay, if I lose this one then will be off to JDs.
Trying to get a bit of sense out of carb as well, re-routing some of the breathers into the airbox and setting idle speed at correct level. Hopefully will all be back together for Saturday.

Does it come with the thermo-couple (switch for automatic use) or is that already on the bike? JD's say the kit comes with the switch. Beware the guy doesn't take Paypal so no pretection.
