 We met at Brixton garage at 9.00 on a cold but dry Sunday morning, not sure how many were going to turn up but there was just four of us.smile

Dave Simon Mark and myself Charlie, as we were just about to leave another group of riders were meeting up at the same place Arry's bunch.

We didn't get to see Arry so we cracked on to the fisrt lane asap as we were still a bit cold. Done some of the normal ones heading towards  Devil Steps. Dave being the

run leader asked Mark who has not been laning for long if he fancies a try at the Devil Steps he said yes he would ok we said so... on went the Go-Pro just in casewinkwinkwink

By the time we got to the top of Devil Steps we were all warmed up as you would guess.biggrinbiggrin Here's a video of the Devil Stepsbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

So after a sort break we cracked on towards Wheeldon Farm doing all the lanes on the way. Had another break at the farm, we also seen alot of bikers around doing the 10 tors run.

After this stop we had to be careful not to bump into the other guys riding a lot of the other lanes. I'm not sure on the numbers for the lanes but I think Dave made a bit up on route, which 

turned out to be a cracking day out did some lanes that I havn't done for a while and also not done at all. A big thanks to Dave for leading yet another cracking run and to Simon for covering 

me in cow ****....man it was really stinking bad, Mark for the banter.biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

it was a bit of a test run for a new route that i had put together the night before as a bit of a rush job.

it worked out quite well and a very nice run, not to taxing(apart from devils steps, sorry marklol)biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

and could be used as a tough novice ride in the future.

we kept bumping into the 10 tors long distance trials boys all day which kept me on my toes as run leader dohdoh

with only 4 riders it was a great pace and we had a early lunch in totes at 11.30.

all in all a great day out and a good laugh with a couple of new lanes for me and a new run to add to the list.

Looked like a top day, nice one lads, well done Gadget for taking on the infamous devils steps, love the round of applause from Diesel and Simon at the top.
