Well we met at the usual garage for 09:00, it was already a warm day even at that time .
Despite the mocking of KTM's I believe it was a kwaka that didn't get to the first lane due to a frayed clutch cable, so we arranged to meet Dan & Simon at the top of Devils steps whilst they made haste for a quick bike swap .
So the rest of us set off in search of the first lane of the day, I don't think any of us could believe how overgrown the lanes were , some had almost disappeared since we last used them.
The lanes we used were all 202 lanes, we started with the usual 193, 194, 195, 196, Devils steps ,179, 171, 180, 173, 174, 198, 185, 161, 160, the kids then had a play in the river crossing were I believe Dan went for swim , after a few laughs we then set off for 295, then to Totnes garage for a snack and drink, Mac also tried an extreme enduro machine out for size, before long we were back on the road and on to 118, 113, 111, 110, Tally Ho , 324, 101, 191, 079, 080, 081, 073, 074, 069, 433, 060, Rocombe hill , The Piggery , Slippery Sam , 346,035, 036, 037, 340, 023, 022, 388, 020, 019, 343, 017, 018, 012, 013, 028, 060, 433, 069, 074, 073, 081, 080, 079, 091, 101, some of the group took the ride around with Charlie so they could have a second run at Tally Ho , the rest of us did 324, we met again at the top of Tally Ho where we descended easily enough, it was then on to 110, 111, 113, 322, 118, then a fuel/lunch and banter break then back on the road for the final stretch, 295, 160, 309, 198, 174, 173, 180, 171, 179, 306, 196, 195, 194 and finishing on 193.
All in all another great day's riding with great company, approx 80 lanes (some done in reverse), approx 7 hours and approx 108 miles.
What a fantastic day out on some of the toughest Devon lanes. As Justin said in his very good ride-out report it was a hot and dusty day. Great action phot's too mate

Life's like a muddy, slate nearly impossible to climb lane.
Enjoyable but hard to conquer !!!
Thanks to Justin and all the other guys for a great day out. Enjoyed the day out even though it was hot and dusty some great lanes, manage to bury a few demons that day
