Eight of us ( Dave, Justin, Charlie, James, Jon, Steve, Bonny & Karie) all met at the Brixton petrol station for 0900hrs and after checking out Charlies new KTM on his phone (YES everyone Chaz has finally seen the light of day and brought a very shinny 2006 450). Hopefully we will see him on it next ride-out and give it a good mud christening??!?!?!?!
Yet again I broke another handguard. Bought the cheap £20 units and have got through two, Dooh!!! Should listen to the seasoned bikers who said to get the full on Aluminium units.
The day ended around 1630 and feeling the strain of the day after hitting what must of been around 50 lanes? Thanks again to Dave and Justin for sorting out the day and doing it all by maps without any problems. These lads are the Green lane Guru's !!
One major incident with Jon coming off second best to a concrete path across a lane. Wiped him and the bike out and could have been worse. A few broken bits on the bike and bruses to color bone and various muscles. Wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him on the lanes again soon.
Attached are some of the lanes we took on. A virgin at this game so its straight off the card without editing, enjoy ?!?!?!
