As suggested, I swung by the track this evening. Sign on the gate confirms the following:

Next session on Wednesday 21st March 2012 then every fortnight up to and including Wednesday 12th September 2012.

Sessions run from 4pm - 8pm. No price quoted (£10 last year). It also appears that there is now a burger van on site!

Probably. I could only see a couple of low berms. The track was barely visible. Must take a few weeks to establish. I'm probably going to go in a couple of weeks.
