Did just that to mine on the MTB..... I use it to practice falling off with as much style and grace as I can achieve at my age!!!
Should be an Olympic Sport.

Garmin (Europe) Ttd
LIBERTY HOUSE
BULLS COPSE ROAD
HOUNSDOWN BUSINESS PARK
SOUTHAMPTON HAM SO40 9LR

0808 2380000
email www.garmin.com/support (may be all in upper case??}

£65.24 for a new replacement unit.......
I have one in a box as returned to me with europe mapping unused if anyone wants to make me an offer... paid £60 for it on fleabay!

I seem to recall I googled Garmin and got onto the service dept, had to log in for a repair chit and number and paid at same time on card for unit... posted off to address above, got a conformation call to say they had received it and another to say replacement was on its way took about 2 weeks

If you want to borrow mine till yours is fixed....PM me for address
Cheers ..............AND MERRY CHISTMAS TO ALL

Hi all, I have sent the Garmin away for repair but suspect IT will be ready before me! I don't have much luck with shoulders. I have damaged my AC joint to about level 2 (5 being the worst) It should sort itself without surgery in anything between two weeks and three months! Being an old git I will have to make sure but I will be back. It could have been worse. Not sure the other one I had repaired would have taken that knock . Have a good Xmas everyone. See ya soon. Graham.

Its back already! Well a recon unit is. But how about that for service. Less than 3 days at xmas while the country is ice bound! Just me to mend nowcry.
