Hi Chris, I've been holding back on asking if I could join the ride, half- expecting a call to work, and it came this afternoon. So, sorry mate, have a good one. Bob
I find it hard to describe how truly horrific that was today. I reckon I nearly lost conscious on the way back to Okehampton.
However the lanes were great and holding up remarkably well in the weather. The lane of the day had to be 191-035, I don't know where the river ended and the lane started it was submerged along most of its length though never too deep. You could have canoed down it quite easily!
I had one small dry patch left on my chest when I got home.
Brrrrr!
I'm glad you made it back safely Neil I did feel sorry for you having to go the furthest home.
Thanks to Rob, Mike, Bonny and Neil for braving today, a good adventure.
