I have a few novices and someone getting back into laning that would like a ride out - so I'll aim this at a slow pace with no super technical lanes.

Think 8 max + me.

Will leave from mine at Plympton at 9:30am or and next meet at Yealmpton petrol station at 9:45am.

Destination Totnes-bound

I can do slow
and even slower
and even slower still........ if we get a nice long lunch stop!!!
need a gentle run to test the new sat nav thingy !!

Well  if no one wants it I'm up for a relaxing ride.biggrin Me and Nigel can talk shoulder injuries, I could give Bob a break from TEC too if he wants.

That's fine, I'm still up for this ride but this weekend is looking a bit doubtful at the moment. It may well be that I have to work on Sunday, down in West Cornwall. I'll let you know tomorrow Mark, if that's ok?.
