Just tio bring you up to date....

Eejit got to Stewart (brit Columbia) on Sunday hoping to see bears fishing. Apparently they don't fly fish as their paws are too big to tie the little knots!
Yesterday (possibly Tuesday due to the fact the Canadians/Americans are backwards....no, sorry, I meant they are behind us) he got a blow out on his back wheel and whilst repairing it got interrupted by two grizzly bears - probably wanting to know where to buy fishing gear!
He is now on his way to Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory. nothing went wrong today (Tuesday 21st).
Meanwhile Michelle, Eejits long suffering wife, has taken to swimming and is trying to grow gills!
Weird these Canucks or what?

You'll be pleased to know that I'm having to be a part of the anti-social networking hub called 'faceplant'...no, sorry, 'Facebook' to glean this information.

I think you'd usually open the throttle and get the heck out of there. In Eejit's case he was stuck with a puncture so I expect he used 'bear bangers' and pepper spray. Rather him than me though! I'll just go and change my underwear now...

Eejit's in Whitehorse, soaking in a hotpool. The front tyre is changed and he's ready to carry on going North!
