201-014 is now fully open. The appelant lost their appeal and we can ride the lane. I've posted a copy of the appeal letter on the Members Area of the website. It might be a good idea to print it out and take it with you!

This is great news! Well done everyone. Lets hope we don't have any problems with access on Saturday. Will try and fit a quick recce trip out there before Saturday. If its blocked, i'll have a word with the man and if he doesn't want to listen i'll have a word with plod.
I've spoken to Devon Highways and they're getting back to me in 24/48hrs about Willesley. I asked if it had been unblocked. The subframe on my bike has been repaired and should be ready to fit tomorrow after I've painted it.

Great stuff. You bike needs to be looking its best for the procession through 201-014. I've washed mine tonight and I think I may tie some ribbons to the handlebars..what colour do you think will look best?
Been up there today and hacked a few brambles and branches down. Don't want any of you pretty boys getting scrached now do we. All gates can be opened, No signs saying 'private' or indeed anything else. It's fairly wet and muddy down the bottom. Had a chat with Mr. Snow's worker and he has shown me the correct route through the farm. From the East end of lane (i think) It's between the barns and left through the double wooden gates then head across the field to the gate slightly to your right (Down hill) the rest is obvious. We will need to do a bit more clearing at some stage. There may be cattle in the field. Please make sure you secure the gates and try not to scare the crap out of them. BLACKTHORN ALLEY!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SPARE TUBE.
