Saturday 13th September, start Tavistock

Have not been out for a month and I am pretty keen to get out again.

As usual I only have the morning so would like a prompt start at 09:15 Morrisons car park in Tavistock, not sure of a route yet but will make it up as we go.  If Jeff can make it maybe he can show us a few more lanes over Cornwall way.

Chris

Hi Chris

Jeff's working next weekend but Captain Slow and I are taking a bunch of big trailie guys out in two groups if you want to tag along. Cap'n Slow will be taking the easy group out on his new KTM and I'll be taking the experoienced ones out. Bear in mind they're on big TransAlp type bikes so it'll be easy lanes only!

This is something Sonny asked me to do for him back in March and now he's not going to be there as he's off to another wedding somewhere hot.

Chris, Sonny's pals are staying at Princetown but obviously there's no lanes out that way. Fixers devising a route that should be suitable and a Robourough start has been mentioned. It's wait and see at the moment though. I don't want anything that might damage the KTM.

Sonny, we're not easily fooled you know. Wet, windy and miserable UK or somewhere hot? Not a lot of choice where I'm concerned.
I do hope you enjoy the wedding while your mates are forcing copious draughts of beer upon me.bleh

Thanks for the offer to join your rides but I will probably keep going with this one as I have promised to take out a friend. I can also tailor this ride so I end up near home when my alloted time runs out and my Cinderella exit kicks in!

We might see you around one of the lanes. I will probably head north of Tavistock again.

So any more takers?

Chris

Yes Neil, no problem there. I'll post up here when I know more from the Africa Twin group.

No worries Neil,
I very much expect you will be knackered holding on to a 450.

See you Tuesday at the meeting if not before.

Chris
