If you want to post images here...
Click on the 'Attach Image(s)' link below the window you are typing your message into. This will extend the bottom of the window with a 'File Upload' section.
Select the images form your computer storage that you want the forum to display by clicking 'Browse'
When you've selected your images, click 'Upload Files'
Job done!

If you want to link to files that you have on an Internet based storage facility - such as photobox.com - click on the 'Tree' icon above which will open a pop-up box. Then from your 'photobox or similar' application copy the address of the image and paste it into the 'Insert/edit' image box. Set the alignment if you want it in the middle of the page and set the maximum Dimension (in the first box) to 700. If the second box is populated with a number, please delete it and leave it blank.
Click 'Insert' and your picture should appear in the new message you are attempting to post. Hit 'Return/Enter on you keyboard and write a piece of text about the picture or carry on with your message.
